Your new job :

As an Event Security Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure the development and expansion of the whole department on a national level.
You will be the person in charge of the day-to-day commercial and operational activities, with a 360° overview on the projects, coordinating and organizing activities and services on events, such as concerts and festivals in order to develop strong customer relationships and ensure client’s satisfaction.
In addition to an existing portfolio, you will also have to create commercial opportunities and directly negotiate with clients.
You will be responsible for determining high-level strategies and actions plan in collaboration with the Business Unit Director, managing the budget of your department and prepare financial forecasts.
You’ll also be responsible for managing, coaching and recruit new colleagues for your team with the objective of encouraging cooperation and collaboration between the different team members.

Your profile :

The ideal candidate for this vacancy has several years of experience in the events sector, developing, managing and coordinating activities.
You have an analytical mind, can understand, improve or create high-level strategies and opportunities. You know how to manage, lead and develop an organisation.
You enjoy building professional relationships, internally as well as externally, leading to a high client satisfaction.
You are defined as a team-player and can easily manage a team of colleague but are also able to work autonomously and take initiative.
Finally, you are a fluent trilingual in Dutch, French and English.
