Our client is a recruitment consultant agency specialised in C-level profiles (CEO, COO, CFO, etc.)

They are a very well renowned company over the world and are originally a British Company.

Their offices in Brussels, are easily accessible by public transportation and by car.

Job Description

As Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the administrative support of the recruitment.
You will there for be responsible for different task such as;

  • Organising meetings, interviews with candidate and client
  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Expense reporting
  • Correspondence and file management

The Successful Applicant

The successful Executive Assistant is/has:

  • Been working for 5 years
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A good level in Dutch, French and English
  • Can work in team and individually
  • Is organised
