Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the spearhead cluster, setting the strategic direction and driving innovation initiatives in line with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with members, potential supporting authorities, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, project management, and reporting, to ensure smooth functioning of the cluster.
  • Innovation and Business Development: Foster a culture of innovation, proactively identify new opportunities for growth, and support members in developing strong dossiers for potential support from authorities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within the biotech industry, preferably in a small biotech setting. Familiarity with the regulatory environment and experience in preparing strong dossiers towards potential supporting authorities.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to set a vision, and translate it into actionable plans to drive innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including members, potential supporting authorities, and industry partners.
  • Innovation Mindset: Proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive innovative initiatives.
