OverviewKEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is seeking a graduate in Finance to join a 24 months during finance apprenticeshipAs a young Finance Graduate, you will participate for 24 months in an interesting apprenticeship toinitiate the launch of your future Finance career. We ensure that you receive training and guidance to gain knowledge and experience in Accounting, Treasury, Financial and Business controlling.   • Get ready to dive into the world of business processes and gain a deeper understanding of our organization as you work.
  • You’ll have a hand in various transaction cycles, from "Purchase to Pay" to "Order to Cash," giving you a chance to learn and grow.
  • ERP systems will become second nature to you, and you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting ad hoc projects under supervision.
  • You’ll be introduced to the fascinating world of consolidation and reporting, and you’ll encounter with different departments within the company and management.
  • As a key team member, you’ll help maintain and implement internal control processes that keep everything running smoothly.
  • You’ll have the chance to learn on-the-job from experts, develop both technical and soft skills, and receive coaching from your manager and colleagues.
  • At Kemin University, you’ll join colleagues worldwide in digital training that will help you develop technical skills, professional skills, and leadership skills.
  • You’ll learn how to analyze monthly operation variances, monitor sales, margin, Opex performance, and gain valuable experience dealing with standard and budget costing calculation and analysis.
