Methanol is an important ingredient in many of the essential industrial and consumer products that make the world a better place in which to live, work and play. Key responsibilities

  • Help the Finance team to prepare the Internal sox testing (evidences checks…)
  • Archive documentation for compliance (returns, correspondences, etc…)
  • VAT process review (Oracle VAT reports vs returns, …)
  • Update the Compliance SharePoint filling
  • Contract Log (eg. re-organize the Finance side KPMG audit & FOB in separate folders)
  • Statistics (improve data collection from Oracle)
  • Vendors & customers database review post migration
  • VAT registration checks
  • Credit reviews

Key requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Pro-active self-starter
  • Well organized and methodical
  • Ability to understand and drive improvement of processes
  • Enthusiastic nature
