A key financial role supporting the development and growth of a new production plant in Tournai

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three finance professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Own all budgeting, forecasting, monthly and year-end closing processes with full responsibility for financial accuracy.
• Manage liquidity, banking relationships, and ensure compliance in areas such as audits, transfer pricing, and risk management.
• Oversee financial systems and ERP structures, optimizing workflows, data integrity, and interdepartmental interfaces.
• Strengthen reporting and controlling processes, delivering analyses that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration with strong knowledge of Belgian & French regulations.
• Experience in controlling or finance leadership roles, ideally in dynamic SME, manufacturing, or scale-up environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and KPI-driven reporting.
• High IT affinity, excellent Excel skills, and solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Business Central).
• Fluent in French & English; brings a hands-on, structured, supportive leadership style with a genuine interest in coaching others.

To support the further scaling of the site, TECHNOFORM is now seeking a Finance Manager who will act as a strong partner to the General Manager and help structure, professionalize, and steer the financial operations during this growth phase.
