Our client

Our client specializes in international recruitment in the field of health care for hospitals, nursing homes and the pharmaceutical sector. It selects medical and para-medical personnel from abroad. They are structurally present all-around Europe.

Main responsibilities

As Financial Associate, you will work closely to the Finance Director to ensure the good financial health of the company.

Your role and responsibilities:

- Provide working contracts of new employees & candidate placed and follow-up of the implementation of benefits (lunch vouchers, pension…)

- Manage invoicing to French & Belgian clients on a monthly basis

- Payroll management: manage payroll platform by inserting information related to holidays, absences and sick leaves of employees for Belgium

- Credit collection from clients in France & Belgium

- Cash flow management

- Create reports for Marketing, Sales & Production

- Manage the relationship with partners & suppliers

- Assist Finance Director in budgeting exercises

Profile required

- You have a Higher Education degree in Finance or equivalent by experience.

- You are fluent in French and English.

- You have 2 – 5 years of experience in finance or accounting

- You have advanced skills in Excel.

- You have strong organizational skills.

- You demonstrate strong written and oral communications skills.

- You are open to work with international teams in transversal projects

- You are autonomous and have an entrepreneurial mindset.

- You are a hands-on team player.
