The Controller will take the responsibility for providing relevant & timely financial information to the organisation in order to enable a balanced and objective assessment of the strategy and objectives. The Controller will be part of the Finance Team and reports directly to the Leader, Finance Belux , LIXIL EMENA.

The Main Tasks Consist Of The Following

Interaction with Internal and External Customers

Liaising with the Management Team and prepare any ad hoc information requests.

Support active cooperation between Finance Department and other departments

Reporting

Forecasting and budget preparation

Monthly reporting towards HQ and analyse variations

Follow up on KPI’s (Pricing, Forecast Accuracy, Warranty costs, …)

Detect opportunities and risks because you are in contact with the different Channels and Categories and have a proper understanding of the operational side of the business.

Make sure correct provisions are made, apply correct customer conditions

Governance

You participate in the improvement and reviews of existing processes and controls, participate to the day-to-day finance controlling operations

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.

Experience in audit or controlling.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Mature, hands-on and proactive approach, stress resistant.

Autonomous worker.

Microsoft office and more particularly Excel expertise is mandatory.

Experience with SAP, S4/HANA is a plus.

Knowledge of German GAAP BE GAAP, IFRS and SOX principles.
