Financial Planning Analyst

TOMRA Food is a world leader in optical and electronic sorting equipment. We are a dynamic company with an outstanding product line and customer satisfaction in the sorting industry. Our Leuven plant has an excellent opportunity for an FP&A Analyst

You’re part of the Global FP&A team in Belgium / Heverlee. You’ll be responsible for the analysis and reporting of the financial information for the business stream Processed Food. The function is in an international environment where you will be working cross functional from a financial view.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder in Budget Cycle, 5y Strategy & Reforcasting
  • Scenario forecasting
  • Business Partner for defined departments (tbd)
  • Analytical P&L ownership
  • Regional Responsibility in Ad-Hoc Reporting
  • Identifying Business needs in colaberation with Development team.

Candidate profile:
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, strong in the processing of financial data.
  • Team player but can also work independently.
  • Cross Functional mindset
  • Stress resistant
  • IT minded – Looking for efficiency gains
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Flexible attitude and strong adaptability
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English. Other languages are considered an asset.

Education:
A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, audit or any economic direction

Other skills/abilities:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar business or area scope
  • Good knowledge of MS Office ( Word, excel,… )
  • Power Tools knowledge is a plus (Power BI/Power App/…)
