Organisation/Department:

As a financial analyst you will join the team who is controlling the campus support functions and capital expenditures.

Job description:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the following processes and activities:

Provide Finance Business Partnership to Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) Beerse and investment projects at the Beerse Campus.
Perform the month/year-end closing activities in line with statutory, US GAAP and SOX requirements
Reporting, analyses and consolidation.
Responsible for the accuracy and timing of the fixed asset closing process as well as compliance with statutory, US GAAP and SOX requirements
Participate and take the lead in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who has the following profile / qualifications:

Master’s degree in economics with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Strong business partnering skills, influence and combine business needs with functional objectives
Ability to challenge, drive change and to work under tight deadlines
Good in financial analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to build excellent relations with stakeholders
Motivated, flexible and pro-active, eager to take initiative
