仕事内容

You act as Talent Acquisition HR Project consultant to (re)build TA policies and processes.
You work together with HR professionals troughout 7 countries in Europe to define the current and the ’to be’ situation.
You work with the input of the HR Manager on several TA-related and transformation projects.
You will analyse the current way of working and will work on processes, efficiency and will look for synergies in the countries in order to decrease the workload in recruitment.
You will investigate and advise on a possible ’Recruitment Process Outsourcing’ (RPO) and/or possible collaborations with recruitment agencies to maybe partly outsource the recruitment flows.
You will analyse the costs and possible tools and systems.

You have relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and have worked on a similar project, preferebly also for several countries involved.
You have strong communication skills and are result driven.
You have a strategic view as well as a hands-on mentality.
You have an excellent knowledge of English.

Contract type: freelance
Work regime: 3 to 5 days/week
Duration: estimation of 6 months or more depending on the work regime and the outcome of the analyses.
Location: office based in the outskirts of Brussels but mainly working remotly
