YOUR ROLE

As the Payroll Manager, your role encompasses pivotal responsibilities for multiple countries.

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the Payroll team
  • Ensuring accurate processing of international payrolls through external administrators
  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
  • Providing expertise in international mobility and salary splits
  • Advising employees and the leadership team on payroll and social legislation inquiries
  • Enhancing payroll processes for audits and certifications
  • Playing an active role in HR projects
  • Collaborating with the Finance Team for payroll monitoring

YOUR PROFILE

  • Relevant international payroll management experience
  • Profound knowledge of European payroll procedures and regulations
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel
  • Leadership and team development skills
  • High regard for confidentiality and integrity
  • Passion for HR and commitment to service excellence
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French

PRACTICAL
