As an analyst traceable evidence, you will work on the set up a framework for traceable
evidence to document the different steps in the development process. We focus initially on the
processes that are in our scope (Project management, Program management, Change
management, Organizational Change management, Requirement management).

Job description
We are looking for a senior analyst with coaching skills. Our challenge is to set up a framework
for traceable evidence to document the different steps in the development process. This will
help the organization to keep track end-to-end on their documentation. Additionally it will help
us to prove to auditing parties if all steps have been taken according to the agreements made.
This is a subset of activities done by our team, that focusses on the Solutions and Workflow
management processes of our company. We are also owner of a number of key processes in
this area such as: Project management, Program management, Change management,
Organizational Change management, Requirement management, Knowledge Management.
Additionally we support the tools for these processes such as JIRA, Kendis, Qlik Sense
Solutions are built together with our stakeholders and will land in a Sharepoint Environment
In order to make this solution land in the organization, you have strong coaching and
communication skills, a good planning and a solid change approach.
This assignment takes place in a context where we are already running Agile and SAFe for a few
years now, so a deep understanding of these concepts is key.
The location of the position is Leuven.

Needed Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Agile and SAFe
  • Analytical mind and abstract thinking,
  • Process oriented
  • being able to deal with change and be flexible,
  • customer oriented (flexible thinking with the customer, the customer is central),
  • communicative and socially proficient, able to transfer your ideas to others in a clear and

structured way

  • You have coaching skills to convince people and have a listening ear for their needs
  • You can translate the required change in a concrete plan and execute this so that it lands in

the organization.

  • You function well in a complex environment, which requires a lot of coordination with various

parties involved.

  • Team player
  • Good knowledge of English and Dutch (Dutch is not a blocking issue)
  • Tools: Sharepoint, JIRA
