For one of our projects with a European Institution we are looking for aFunctional Analyst,in this role you will be responsible for the followingtasks:

  • Analyse business process problems and needs;
  • Formalice the functional requirements;
  • Propose functional and organisational solutions that could fulfil the requirements and contribute to the process optimisation
  • Evaluate, compare and recommend solutions, identifying and documenting advantages, inconveniences, opportunities and threats, and identifying organisational and technical consequences.
  • Produce the functional design and the detailed functional specifications ;
  • Implement and document customizing settings, specify use of relevant authorisation objects, and monitor progress of the remaining implementation of the functional specifications;
  • Test the solution in close relationship with the involved stakeholders;
  • Solve problems and incidents.

Specific expertise

  • UML, Use Cases, BPM
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile
  • Knowledge XML standards (AkomaNtoso),
  • Document management (File Plan)
  • Content or collaboration services platforms (Documentum, Alfresco, O365)

Will be considered an advantage knowledge on:

  • Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI)
  • Back end developement technologies (java)
  • Frot end development technologies (angular)

Languages:

  • The working language is English. A very good command of the English language is mandatory.
