Work you’ll do:
As a Global Senior Marketing Associate, you will work closely with international teams and support stakeholders at all levels. The role
offers a good balance between team support responsibilities and independent project-based work. In this role, you will contribute to the
growth and development of the legal practice globally in a variety of ways, including:
- Serving as an advisor to global service line leaders and planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns to create eminence for practice areas and individual lawyers.
- Working with senior stakeholders across the business to develop value propositions and appropriate collateral for service offerings, including video, social media, copy writing, and communications.
- Work with country marketing leaders around the world and serve as a liaison between key stakeholders, including leadership.
- Providing brand support – become a specialist in the Deloitte Legal brand, including its architecture, visual identity, and positioning to advise on the appropriate action to take for new acquisitions.
- Work with the digital marketing team to manage social media, track and analyze metrics, and increase engagement with Deloitte Legal content on social platforms.
- Managing multiple projects with competing timelines and diverse stakeholders.
- Provide innovative approaches and deliver best practice.
- Manage the marketing calendar, including major campaigns, offering launches, thought leadership promotions, social media, and core marketing and communications activities.
- Working with the Deloitte Global Tax & Legal Brand, Marketing and Communications team to activate and track key Deloitte.
- Legal programs across the globe, such as Brand, flagship legal guides, and enhancements to the global website.
- Supporting the marketing planning and tracking processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline required.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 4+ years’ B2B experience in a marketing, communications, or related role within a law firm or
professional services organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills, including ability to interact with professionals at all levels and highly intellectual thinkers
- Strategic and innovative thinker
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
- Ability to pivot to keep pace with fluid priorities
- Strong, persuasive communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite competency: Outlook, Word/PowerPoint, and Excel
- Writing, copy-editing and meticulous proofreading skills, knowledge of editorial style, ability to be make messaging more concise and to tailor it to different audiences
- A good understanding of the legal market preferred but not required
- Creative and data-driven, adept at delivering ideas, content, and metrics to recommend and optimize new approaches to digital content marketing programs
