仕事内容

As Group HR Manager you will:

Be responsible for the correct execution of the HR policies and processes, both in Belgium and later on abroad
Manage our end-to-end recruitment process and employer branding
Act as a business partner for the different business lines and entities of our group
Manage our social dialogue
Develop, drive and lead HR projects
Deal with the People aspects of acquisitions, both pre- and post-deal
Ensure compliance with social regulations.
Report to the HR director

Your office will be in our headquarters in Antwerp, but you are willing to travel regularly to our different Belgian and European sites.

Your profile

You have a Master degree (human science, business economics or equivalent) combined with 10 years of HR experience, of which a substantial amount in recruitment.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. German is an asset.
Experience in telecom and utilities is a plus
You are hands-on and combine strategic insight with a pragmatic, result-oriented approach
You are able to collaborate with different stakeholders and experienced in working closely with executive levels.
You are a team player who connects easily and can inspire people on HR matters
You have experience in integration projects (merger, acquisition)
