How will you contribute to this fantastic story?
As "guest success hero" you will take care of the incoming calls, mails and all messages that come in through the different channels. You check what the questions are and do your utmost to help our guests in the best way possible.
A reservation, cancellation, change or request? You know what needs to be done! Moreover, our guests hear your smile through the phone. Fantastic!
Via the different softwares you make the correct input and you are in contact with our different offices.
Communication will always be in Dutch, English and French. Therefore, it is important that you can do those well!
Our cozy office is located at Sint Jansvest 15!
