• 
  Oversee accounting, treasury & tax in day-to-day operational activities
  
• Provide consolidated financial information for internalfinancial reporting and management meetings
  
• Ensure that due diligence process is established and followed for transactions
  
• Recruit, develop and motivate the team ensuring monthly objectives are obtained
  
• Develops strategies to increase return on investment and profitability
  
• Prepare documents and reporting on a monthly and adhoc basis

  9+ years of experience in Private Banking with knowledge of Luxembourg financial industry
  
• Able to exercise a high level of autonomy and responsibility in the domain of financial calculations
  
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of French
  
• Experience in transactions and business valuations
