The team you’ll be part of
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

We are the pioneers in supporting the enterprise transformation and their digitalization journey to Industry 4.0. Nokia supports its customers from diverse industry segments - Energy, Transport, Public Sector, Manufacturing & Supply Chain etc.
What you will learn and contribute to
As a Head of Global Distribution for the Nokia Enterprise Partner Sales, you will build and scale the Distribution eco-system to generate incremental, low-touch revenue streams to accelerate the growth of the Nokia Enterprise Business.
Key Interfaces: Market Leaders, Customer Experience Leaders, Digital Industries, Partner Regional Leaders, Partner Leadership, Enterprise, and Customer Experience Marketing.
As part of our team, you will:
- Maintain a local/regional/global network of distribution partner capability for the enablement of legal, commercial and fulfilment of Nokia solutions.
- Establish a Global Distribution capability with select partners and interlock this into the regional Go-to-market activity
- Refine Nokia’s two-tier distribution capability, ensuring its readiness to support the underlying Global distribution strategy for Industry 4.0 and 5G launch.
Main Responsibility Areas
- Define and execute the Enterprise Sales Global Distribution strategy
- Manage Global Distribution sales activities, through the central and market partner sales organisation
- In cooperation with the relevant BG’s, evolve Nokia distribution onboarding processes, tools and resources and increase the ease of doing business with distribution partners.
- Maintain and develop the commercial and contractual framework used with Global Distributors
- Manage all executive sponsorship into the most strategic Regional and Global Distributors
- Maintain and develop the metrics for Global Distribution and manage a disciplined reporting and inspection process
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Experience and proven track record in channels or strategic alliance/partner management from a GTM creation perspective
- Capacity to work closely with cross-functional global teams and represent the full suite of Nokia portfolio
- Familiarity with verticals and general enterprise market (competition, solutions, telecom
- / IT needs) is a must
- Excellent communication, collaboratoration, and negotiation skills
- Capacity to drive discussions at the C-Level;
- Good understanding of the Nokia business, customers and portfolio, processes, and tools
- Commitment to results and can-do attitude
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflict
- Strong ethics and integrity
It would be nice if you also had:
- Strong confidence in reading and understanding corporate, business and project financials as well as contractual terms and conditions
- Knowledge of the Communication Service Provider (CSP) market as well as the Enterprise and Webscale market
- Strategic Acumen, effective communication style, open mind, collaborative approach
- Strong leadership skills, ability to drive virtual teams towards high collective performance
