To successfully deliver against this strategy, we are looking for a Head of Martech and CRM.This is a key role in our organisation, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. Core areas of accountability include:
- Professional validation of the integration of marketing / tracking pixels and tags in our channels
- Develop and evaluate a first party data strategy which aims to serve as a fundament for the automated CRM flows
- Define the operational roadmap for our Martech tooling, focused on improving the day to day campaigns both in terms of retention and acquisition.
- Conceive and develop crm and data strategies and uses cases in the context of digital marketing and marketing automation, including permission based marketing, web messaging and mobile CRM.
Your responsibilities
The Head of Martech and CRM will be responsible for:
- Delivering a clear view on required Martech tooling (from as-is to to-be) that will have a great impact on the daily life of our campaigns; Implementing quickwins and a phased roadmap.
- Helping deliver results of the P&L squads together with the product and solution owners on some of the most intricate setups in the industry;
- Drive and develop the MarTech stack to ensure that Napoleon can always make use of the leading marketing technologies;
- Conception, development, and implementation of a CRM roadmap (in conjunction with CXM), including consent mgmt., web messaging and mobile CRM.
- Analysis of the different data sources: from classic first party data to campaign data, cookies, social data;
- Operational handling of the Customer Data Platform (CDP);
- Professional validation of the integration of marketing / tracking pixels / tags in our channels;
- Development and evaluation of a first party data strategy; Delivering a strategy for automated CRM flows (onboarding/churn/reactivation/…).
- Identification of further development needs of the MarTech landscape as well as formulation of requirements for the implementing department;
Core competencies for the role:
- Relevant marketing knowledge and expert knowledge in the field of digital marketing (MarTech, social advertising, digital media);
- Expertise in implementation, and use of, marketing automation (CDP would be a plus);
- Proven track record in a senior digital role in a B2C and/or technology environment;
- Demonstrable experience working across all aspects of digital strategy and marketing automation in a growing organization; Able to balance complex priorities by absorbing ambiguity and transmitting clarity.
- Strong project management skills and organizational skills;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable marketing or business insight; Strong insights in the cause-effect drivers of business outcomes.
- Excellent teamwork, team management, communication, and interpersonal skill;
- Statistical and mathematical understanding;
- Fluent knowledge of English, Dutch or French are a plus.
