About Aparthotel Adagio Antwerp City Center
Borealis Hotel Group is now seeking to appoint an established Hotell Manager to lead our team in our new to open Adagio Antwerp City Center.

Situated in the heart of Antwerp, this 70-bedroom Adagio Antwerp City Center is ideally located close to the Antwerp Zoo and Antwerp Central Station. Have you always fancied opening a hotel then this is your chance. We aim to open in the spring of 2023.

As Hotel Manager your role will be to lead the team to deliver key metrics in line with brand standards.

You will:
Have a strong focus on the delivery of exceptional guest care, as well as the commercial performance of the business.

Develop your knowledge of the local corporate market to achieve sales in a competitive environment and maximise on all revenue streams.

Be an ambassador for the guest journey and ensure brand values and service behaviours are delivered consistently in a professional and friendly environment.

Lead and develop a great team across all departments to achieve exceptional performance across the key indicators of profit, people and RGI.

Have strong financial and commercial drive with a proven track record of success and results in order to develop a great business.

“Think we, not me” and maintain effective communication within the hotel and with all stakeholders, whilst balancing the needs of our guests, Borealis Hotel Group ownership and the Accor brand

To be successful in this role you will have:
An already exceptional track record driving business
Experience working in a branded hotel, preferably within Accor.
A strong commercial acumen.
Experience as number 2 in a branded hotel.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate across of levels

Overall, your ability to create a culture of team engagement and service excellence will be key to this role along with your aspiration to grow the business.
