仕事内容
As an HR assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support to the HR manager by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications. Your duties include scheduling onboarding tasks, processing payroll updates and managing communications for the HR department:
o Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
o Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
o Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database
o Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
o Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
o Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
o Organize training events and Altafit! activities
o You will report to the Finance, HR and IT manager
Profil
o Preferably you have an associate degree in HR ( bachelor¿s degree preferred )
oYou have a minimum of 3 years¿ experience in an HR role and a broad experience with HR-related subjects. That knowledge will definitely give you a head-start. But what’s even more important is a healthy interest in everything that has to do with HR, learning and personal development.
oYou are flexible, motivated, eager to learn and have a positive attitude.
oYou have strong communication skills, you communicate fluently in Dutch and English (oral and written).
oYou¿re quick and eager to learn how to work with all kinds of administrative systems and tools. You combine analytical and administrative skills with a flexible problem-solving mindset.
