Project/Department Description and Responsibilities

As part of human resources team, HR Business partner will be responsible for the departments and business units assigned to you, as the point of contact for both the employees and the people managers for a very wide range of HR-related topics. You will join a dynamic HR Team where, in addition to fellow HR Business Partners, you will also work together with specialists in recruitment, learning & development, knowledge management and compensation & benefits, as strategic HR partner for management where you develop a high-quality partnership and maintenance within the departments and business units assigned to you.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities

·

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

·

Advise the people managers for:
o

organizational structure,

o

over job evaluation

o

remuneration,

o

annual conversations,

o

coaching and training of employees,

o

internal career opportunities

o

malfunctioning or dismissal files

·

Follow and support the change processes

·

Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the employees of the departments assigned to you and remain their point of contact and trust in the field of all HR topics such as :

o

Career planning,

o

Training needs,

o

Evaluation process,

o

Conflict management acting as a trusted solution provider, moderator and/or coach for people manager dealing with the resource

o

Proactive evaluation company assessment

Administering appropriate company assessments

·

Ensure that all HR processes and tools are known and used by management.

·

Implementing, explaining and following up the HR policy within the departments assigned to you. Adapting and improving the processes so that the HR policy matches the vision of the organization and the reality of daily operation together with the HR Manager.

·

Coordinating and sharing the responsibility for the:
o

reception and integration policy as well as

o

the follow-up of new employees,

o

for the performance management,

o

the follow-up of job descriptions,

o

internal career paths and comparable

·

Actively participate in various projects within the organization that have an impact on the employees and the organizational structure. Such as:

o

Transformation Squad and

o

Proactively support,

o

Animating and initiating projects around leadership, agile and autonomous teams

·

Administrative support to management and employees, including in the field of:

o

contracting,

o

annual interviews and

o

internal mobility.

·

You also ensure a good flow of information to the management and to the employee delegation.

·

Report to the HR manager of the National Federation of Independent Health Insurance Funds

·

Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

·

Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

·

Completing timely reports on employment activity

Requirements

Technical profile requirements

·

8 to 10 years experience in a role as HR Business Partner, HR Manager or comparable

·

Very good knowledge of social legislation

·

Very good Project management skills and planning skills

·

A good knowledge of MS Office.

·

Very good knowledge and experience with Health Insurance/Funds sector and/or IT profiles is a plus

·

Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

·

Quick learner, motivated self-starter

·

·

Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines

Effective negotiation skills: persuasiveness and a strong customer focus

·

Very good legal knowledge of the local employment law

Methodology/Certification requirements

·

Master’s Degree OR equivalent through experience.

Language proficiency

·

FR and NL is a must

·

ENG is an advantage
