Due to the ambitious growth of the organization, we wish to strengthen the team in Zwijnaarde with one HR Controlling Analyst.
As an HR Controlling Analyst your primary goal is to facilitate streamlined analytics and ensure effective HR control processes in close coordination with the financial department on the site in Zwijnaarde.
Responsability
- HR Payroll and Expenses Consolidation:
Oversee the comprehensive consolidation of HR payroll and expenses data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Follow-up Meetings:
Coordinate and participate in follow-up meetings with Finance and HR teams fostering collaboration and addressing financial and HR-related matters.
- Forecasting:
Take charge of the forecasting process related to HR, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Active Participation in Cost Opportunities Projects:
Engage actively in cost opportunities projects, leveraging analytical skills to identify and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Contribution to Budget Exercises:
Play an integral role in the budgeting exercises, offering insights and data to support financial objectives.
Requirements
- You can count on 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- You work smoothly with MS Office, have excellent knowledge of Excel and advanced skills in Power BI for advanced analytics.
- You work accurately, are numerical and communicative.
- You are stress-resistant and can set priorities.
- You have a very good knowledge of English.
