Position Summary
As HR generalist you will join our dynamic and international HR team in our HQ in Mechelen (Belgium). You will get an overview of our HR process and take care of the following topics:
What will be your responsibilities?
- Preparing HR documents such as employment certificates, contracts of employment, promotion/salary letters, relocation agreements, etc.
- Coordinating the onboarding of new employees
- Owner of templates and flows (onboarding, contracts, etc.)
- Coordination and handling of exits
- Facilitation of the evaluation and promotion process
- POC for social legal questions
- Project handling and implementation of improvements that support the growth of the company
What do we require?
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR position are required
- Ability to juggle various administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Understanding of the importance of neutrality and rules within this position
- Analytical mindset and a high level of ownership
- Strong communication skills in English and any of the following languages: Czech, Dutch, German, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak
