Business-driven partner

Belgocatering has a strong ambition to grow. To achieve this growth objective, a focus on the human capital in the organisation is essential. As HR Manager, you have a key position in the management team and take the lead in the transition process to a high performance company.

- Through very close cooperation with the other members of the management team, you take the right strategic HR decisions in function of the proposed growth of the business.

- You act as a partner and build relationships with the most important stakeholders in the business, allowing you to get to know the organisation’s needs in the field of HR and take the necessary actions.

- You translate the business goals into an HR strategy and policy and effective HR processes, which you clearly communicate, implement and evaluate.

- You focus mainly on staffing, performance management, payroll, learning & development.

- You optimise the efficiency within the HR operation and support your team in a pragmatic way.

- You maintain constructive relationships with the trade union partners and facilitate social consultation

- You are part of the management team and report to the international director.

Knowledge, ’hunger’ and drive

- You have several years of HR management experience in an operational, commercially-oriented environment with strong growth ambitions.

- Thanks to this experience, you have developed a strong business awareness and understand the impact and role of HR in a growth context and can successfully support the business.

- You have experience in maintaining and strengthening a constructive relationship with social partners and other stakeholders.

- You combine a strong analytical mind with a high degree of initiative, action-orientation, influencing skills and decisiveness.

- You have a passion for food and for foodies.

- A good command of Dutch, French and English is crucial.
