The opportunity
As a Reward Officer you are an essential element in our Reward team and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. You don’t necessarily have prior knowledge of Reward, but you’d like to get a first-hand experience.
Key responsibilities
Administrative tasks within our FlexReward system: answering employee questions, forwarding employee requests of various spending options to suppliers, follow-up on problems;- Reporting: you will have to use your Excel skills;
- Helping to deliver data for benchmark exercises;
- Follow-up of onboarding problems in international system and possibly help with input into payroll system;
- Follow up and help developing new mobility solutions for employees.
Your profile
You have a Bachelor or a Master degree in HR or you have a relevant first experience;- You have an excellent level of Dutch and a good level of English and French (spoken and written);
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office and specifically Excel;
- Knowledge of payroll system is a plus but can also be learned on the job;
- You are looking for an administrative job in which you can gain experience in Reward;
- You are a team player, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy;
- You have excellent organization and communication skills;
- Finally, but definitely not lastly, you are eager to learn.
