What’s the job about:

As the HR officer you are responsible for the entire personnel and temps administration: new hires, current employees, exits, weekly time registrations.

Next to that, you will be the first point of contact when it comes to questions from colleagues. You’ll make sure that HR excels in the service level towards our internal stakeholders.

Always wanted to be a key user? This is your chance to get to know all about D365, Galantis, Sharepoint and Yusen Advance when it comes to purchase orders, time registration, posting HR articles and trainings.

Last but not least, this is the part where it keeps on getting better and better:

You’ll provide support to the HR business partners and will be our partner in crime for interesting HR projects such as: sickness management, salary policy, employee wellbeing, employer branding,..

As we’re also quite keen to optimize our current HR processes and procedures, we could use a critical eye that looks into what we could do better and more efficient.
