Your job

As an HR Partner Senior Manager, you are the strategic lead for all HR initiatives across our business during periods of transformation and growth. You will spearhead the talent strategy agenda and drive change management initiatives while maintaining close contact with senior leadership and employees:

  • You take ownership of the strategic HR agenda and lead complex transformation initiatives during business evolution and strategic shifts.

  • Lead and coordinate talent optimization strategies, including workforce planning, role redesign, and skills mapping during organizational development. You will be a strategic architect connecting talent capabilities with evolving business needs.

  • Provide senior-level advisory to executive leadership regarding HR implications of major business transformations, strategic integrations, and organizational development strategies.

  • Design and execute comprehensive change management programs and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions while maintaining employee engagement.

  • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to implement new operating models, enhanced structures, and governance frameworks.

  • Oversee performance management transformation, including redesigning performance frameworks and compensation structures to align with strategic objectives.

  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex employee relations matters, including talent transitions, role evolution, and cultural integration during transformation phases.

  • Lead workforce analytics and scenario planning to optimize talent allocation and identify critical skill gaps during business evolution.

  • Mentor and develop junior HR partners and line managers, building change leadership capabilities across the organization to navigate transformation effectively.

The role of HR Partner Senior Manager is at the strategic heart of Accenture. You will work directly with the senior executive team and serve as a key member of the transformation leadership committee. In this role, you will also drive strategic HR transformation projects that shape our organizational future.

Your team

You will lead a team of HR professionals and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business units. You will oversee transformation workstreams and coordinate with our HR Service Centers in Bucharest to deliver seamless support during organizational evolution.


Your background

  • 8-12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in senior management roles during organizational transformation or business evolution

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale change management initiatives and organizational development projects

  • Experience working within matrix organizations undergoing significant transformation, strategic growth, or cultural evolution programs

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and organizational design

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence with ability to influence at C-level within complex international environments

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (speaking and writing) is required for this role, with additional European languages considered an asset
