HR/Payroll Coordinator

In this position, you will get to:

• Daily payroll administration: complete, check, and process payroll-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines.
• Maintain payroll & time records so that information is accurate and secure.
• Payroll coordination (internal controls, contact with payroll provider and final control for both white and blue collar workers).
• Time registration input and follow up of parental leave, time credit, sickness leave, vacation… in order to prepare the payroll.
• Contact with temporary agencies and follow up of the temporary staff.
• Responsible for all HR admin for the Leuven site to support the HRBP.
• Optimize HR processes and implement improvements.
• First contact for all HR related questions from employees on the Leuven site.
• Assist in the development and rollout of local HR policies and procedures as appropriate.
• May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accountancy or equivalent in a related field
• Previous experience with more than 2 years’ in a similar job
• You are discrete, methodical, strict and well organized,
• Working accurately and fast is your second nature, you are multitask
• You have a good knowledge of MS-office, E-Blox is an asset
• You speak and write both Dutch and English (German is a plus)
• You are service minded and enjoy answering people’s needs
• You are able to manage priorities
