HR Time Administrator
Leuven
As a HR Time Administrator you handle time management related requests/queries. Your work location is in Leuven.
You monitor and track time in the management system (SAP EOP)
You manage reporting related payroll processes and you handle exceptions (red lines).
Also, you will be in charge of the handbook creation for leave and absence processes.
You participate in payroll projects (provide inputs, participate in workshops, trainings, user acceptance test, hypercare).
And most important, you are a single point of contact for questions of employees.

The role:
- Assisting in the full pressing and processing of the monthly payroll
- Registration of all absence and attendance types (holiday, sickness, special absences etc) in SAP EOP
- Time related data maintenance and issue/requests handling via phone and email, face to face on a daily base.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate payroll records by ensuring that records are kept in accordance with quality standards
- Entering payroll and core details on SAP EOP to ensure cut off dates are met
- Assisting with the full Time Management related administration
- Train and assist new staff, as appropriate
Our new colleague:
- Creates and distributes ad-hoc required reports to stakeholders
- Takes part in handbook documentation leave and absence processes creation
- Participate in the preparation of the payroll closing
- Provides comments on retroactive payments on a monthly basis
- Ensures full compliance with Belgium legislation, CLA agreements
- Has a daily cooperation with FLM/People managers/People business partners/payroll team
- Opens tickets to the centers for making changes in employee data management, shift changes, absence & attendance with documents
Who we’re looking for:
- University/Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Someone who has client service experience and a high level of service mindset
- Working experience in HR, finance or Payroll is an advantage, as well as SAP (HR) experience.
- Detailed working experience with databases is an advantage as well as in reporting
- Strong organization skills; adheres to deadlines,
- An excellent team player, someone able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and his/her key contacts,
- Capable of being entrusted with “confidential” information,
- Ability to cultivate an environment focused on customer satisfaction,
- Fluent Dutch and high level of English in speaking, reading and writing
