We’re looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to join our Modular Lighting Instruments business in Roeselare.

As Human Resources responsible you’ll be responsible for managing and guidance of all staff and HR related topics and support to colleagues abroad in approximately 10 different countries. You will also support the people leader teams and be connected to the HR Signify BNL team.

What You’ll Do
  • You’ll manage and engage on the social relations (workers council, people leader platform, etc...)
  • You’ll provide guidance on employee inflow and outflow
  • You’ll be the 1st point of contact for all related 3rd party’s to HR activities
  • You’ll balance the HR financials together with finance
  • You’ll understand and guide people through the correct online HR platforms

Your Qualifications
  • You’re fluent in Dutch, English and French. Benefit to have German, Spanish or Italian knowledge.
  • You have experience with ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Teams and Office 360 (the most used tools).
  • You’re a digital native and learn fast on any digital platform.
  • Be yourself, convince us we need you and become the center of all people related topics in our organization. Be known to have stamina, passion, and heart in all you do.
