The scope of the project in HR currently covers Compensation, Time and Absence Tracking, and Benefits management, therefore we are looking for an HR consultant with good expertise in Compensation and Benefits.

Scope of the assignment:
Lead the successful completion of both unit testing and E2E testing: adapt standard testing scenario based on the requirements gathered and documented in workbooks, manage the overall testing planning, coordinate the results of the testing, escalate issues until resolution.
Support the HR and project team in identifying opportunities to improve and simplify HR processes (in particular around Compensation & Benefits), analyze options for business process improvement and feasibility in Workday and in the business.
Support the documentation of Business Process changes as part of Change Management activities.

For this assignment (6 months with the option of extension), we are looking for:
Hands-on profile
Analytic and pragmatic
“Can-do” mentality and highly energetic
Ability to work with sharp deadlines
Excellent communication and coordination skills
NL and English are a must (FR is a plus)
