Role Description

The Human Resources Director at IVC Evidensia Belgium is responsible for overseeing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. This full-time hybrid role is part of the Belgian Management Team, and requires to think along on a strategic level, as well as collaborating with the team on an operational level.

Qualifications

  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English
  • A master’s level of thinking with at least 5 years’ experience within operational HR and successful experience in a leadership role
  • Strong ‘can-do’ approach knows how to inspire people to results in a dynamic way
  • Sufficient seniority to be perceived throughout the organisation as a valued business partner and sparring partner for our management team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Knowledge of Performance Management
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in the healthcare or retail industry is a plus
