HR Manager Accor Belgium & Luxembourg

The Talent & Culture (HR) Benelux & DACH team is looking for their new colleague who is eager to share their HR expertise and knowledge to the benefit of our Support Office in Brussels and the 94 hotels in Belgium & Luxembourg. On top of the office management and social matters, a focus will be on the HR Business Partner role for the hotel network, including rolling out strategic projects and initiatives in recruitment, talent management, engagement, well-being or compensation & benefits.


You will be responsible for the Belux region, and oversee the full HR scope along with 1 colleague who is a social legislation expert and will support on all topics.


Our daily contact with the hotels and Support Office employees ensure a diversity in tasks and projects!


Job Description


As HR Manager Belux you will be responsible for carrying out the Talent & Culture (T&C) Policy for all hotels in the region and the Support Office, comprising of 39 talents. You will ensure a consistent high-quality T&C delivery, and most importantly work very closely with hotels and General Managers to support them on T&C matters.


Your communication and human skills will shine to promote the various service offerings Accor has to offer. You will be able to understand their needs and adapt the tools and strategy accordingly.


Your experience and knowledge in social legislation and unions will be needed to advise our General Managers and hotel owners.


As T&C Manager, you will have a dual role by also being responsible for the talents in the Support Office. You will support in their career development, engagement and well-being. You will have a key role to guarantee office animation, and being proactive in organising “sparkles” for our colleagues based in Brussels.


Qualifications


We are seeking an HR enthusiast and a passionate individual with a strong inclination towards hospitality, who is capable and willing to adapt to diverse cultures. Ideally you:

  • Have experience in the hospitality and understand the HR challenges specific to this industry
  • Love change and working in a dynamic setting
  • Are passionate for soft HR topics and know how to implement strategies and get the buy-in of stakeholders
  • Have excellent communication skills and are comfortable with selling services to partners
  • Are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Have a Bachelor degree in Human Resources
  • Have extensive knowledge of the Belgian social legislation, basic knowledge of Luxemburgish legislation is a plus
  • Are curious minded and have a passion for learning
  • Are a strong team player, who likes to work with various stakeholders across all levels and functions of a business.
