A new challenge?
As an experienced ERP Manager, you manage and optimize our ERP systems with a focus on SAP

Main responsibilities & key tasks
You will lead and motivate a large team of internal and external SMEs, mainly (but not exclusively) specialized in different SAP modules
You manage the teams together with the team leaders
You define the ERP business requirements and their integration with other platforms
You work closely with the other towers in our Center of Excellence
You work closely with the business process analysts (who are not part of ICT)
You maintain a good relationship with the business, vendors and other external parties
You will work with the digital program office to support digital transformation

Competencies and skills
You have a Master’s (non-specific) or Bachelor’s degree with relevant competence through experience
You have strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
You possess a strong knowledge of business processes and understanding of business needs
You have a very good knowledge of application levels and (system) blueprints
You design and manage ERP systems
You know how to quote ERP related projects
You are strong in resource planning and prioritizing incidents, changes and projects
You have experience in budgeting & analyzing actuals and forecasting
You have good communication skills
You are a people manager and lead with conviction
You strongly believe in the power of SAP, but are also open to emerging technologies

Experience
You have at least 7 years of experience in an international manufacturing environment with SAP as your main ERP
You are used to working as an SAP SME on different modules
Knowledge of other ERP, planning and MES systems is an advantage


Languages
You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
