Company Overview :

Our client is a Belgian SME specializing in document management. They are currently seeking an IT Project Manager who will act as a vital link between developers and customer requests. The successful candidate will ensure seamless communication between the sales team and developers, preventing any loss of information.

Job Description:

  • Analyze and conceptualize customer and employee requirements.
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources, and allocate tasks to various departments within the company.
  • Ensure that projects are executable within the established timeframes and budgets, including regular reporting.
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals.
  • Oversee the project development process from start to finish.
  • Establish and maintain communication between all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Convene and document meetings for follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures throughout the entire project development process.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation.

Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile.
  • General knowledge of web programming techniques and methods.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Ability to lead meetings effectively.
