仕事内容

As Back up Support Engineer you offer second line IT-support to end users at 4 to 5 customers. You will be deployed when there is a temporary need for reinforcement or when one of the regular support engineers is absent.

You will be responsible for

  • Handling 2nd line incidents and changes: you follow up the open incidents and where necessary you involve the underlying support groups and/or business partners.
  • You will work in a Microsoft environment, you are familiar with Active Directory, O365
  • Solving network problems, printer issues
  • Staging of PC’s
  • You work proactively to continuously improve the quality of service
  • You will be trained at the customers assigned to you
  • A clear planning will be made for you (can change last minute, but we try to avoid that

Profile

  • You have a first relevant working experience as onsite support engineer or similar function (min. 1 to 2 years working experience)
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and French
  • English is a plus
  • You are in possession of a driving license
  • You are flexible: open to work for different customers, different working hours, different company cultures, etc.
  • You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10 is necessary: AD, O365, SSCM, possibly Intune and basic knowledge of general networking
