In onze afdeling Creative Moulding Solutions worden spuitgietproducten ontworpen, geproduceerd en geassembleerd voor volgende industrieën: automotive, electriciteit-electronica, medische industrie en diverse mechanische toepassingen.


Inside Sales Representative Russian

Will you be joining Mitsubishi Chemical Advances Materials as our newest team member? Yes, you MCAM! The position as an inside sales representative concerns a full-time and permanent contract due to expansion of the activities.
Your tasks

To strengthen our commercial office staff, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic inside sales representative. You’ll be an important link between the external sales, our customers and the internal services of our company.


You are responsible for:

  • The screening and handling of requests for new products and/or new customers. You negotiate the price and create quotations. You follow up on the issued quotations, proactively and in collaboration with Outside Sales.
  • The administrative process of received orders. You maintain and create price lists together with Outside Sales.
  • Handling questions from customers regarding the availability of material, possible alternatives and delivery times.
  • A correct timeline of the production of our products. You consult with the planners for a realistic timetable and are committed to smooth communication and cooperation with colleagues and other departments. That’s how we guarantee an optimal customer service.
  • The administrative handling of complaints, in cooperation with the quality department. You initiate any return transport. Furthermore, you prepare credit notes and inform the customer about the outcome of a complaint and our actions.
  • Keeping your professional knowledge of our market and products, as well as your technical skills up-to-date.

Your strengths

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience and adopt a commercial attitude.
  • You have a first experience in a commercial position.
  • You have experience working with an ERP system.
  • You have a very good knowledge of the Dutch and Russian language.
  • You have a fluent understanding of the English and French language, knowledge of German is a plus. We offer the possibility to further develop your languages.
  • You have analytical skills and are a problem solver.
  • You have good communication skills and are customer-oriented.
  • You can work independently or in a team.
  • You are administratively strong and very accurate.
