As an EnterpriseIntegration Architect you will leverage your strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help clients to shape their integration strategy and deliver innovative solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team of integration specialists and enable digital transformation by connecting the core systems at the heart of organisations to … anything.

Your role will be to advise on and deliver solutions to our clients’ integration challenges including:

• Lead the implementation of enterprise-wide integration strategies and architectures enabling digital business transformation projects (e.g. customer experience, monolithic and legacy transformations, new service development projects,... )
• Deliver methodologies, processes and a governance framework on API management, enterprise integrations and micro-services to clients.
• Combine your expertise in solution architecture, design patterns, integration best practices and DevOps to provide technical assurance in complex technology-enabled transformation programmes and shaping the on-prem, cloud or hybrid application landscape.
• Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
• Actively engage in the continued growth of our business by, for example, developing propositions, training, marketing, communications and recruitment activities
• Growing our relationship, experience, practice and maintaining our position as market leaders with key integration vendors such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apigee, AWS, Azure, …
  
  

Let’s Talk About You

Our system engineering team is looking for a talented technology professional who is keen to challenge the way to solve problems. To be successful in this role:

• You have worked in integration-related roles either acting as a team member or leading teams
• You have a proven ability to develop MuleSoft services at enterprise scale with a solid understanding of MuleSoft layers, platform patterns and best practices. Experience with other market-leading iPaaS technologies (e.g. Dell Boomi, Apigee, …) will be highly regarded.
• You have the ability to deliver thought leadership across large scale integrated enterprise systems.
• You have technical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical subjects effectively to a business audience
• You are a team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• You have good analytical skills and you think ‘out of the box’ for designing solutions.
• You are comfortable to work in a highly autonomous, flexible and dynamic environment.
• You have an understanding of emerging trends and innovative integration technologies
• You are fluent in English, Dutch or French.
