Background

NCIA has a Strategic Sourcing Initiative to quickly meet requirements for common goods and services as part of an IDIQ framework agreement. NCIA is purchasing Standard End-User Equipment and (LAN) Network Equipment for use at its Enterprise level across all NATO locations. Equipment consists of Dell/HP End User equipment and CISCO/Fortinet LAN Network Equipment.

To deliver these equipment upgrades NCIA is looking for IDIQ project specific resources to conduct activities in support of such projects. Project durations and locations would vary and be case by case dependent.

Duties And Responsibilities

Analyses systems requirements and design specifications to develop block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translates detailed designs into computer software for specific applications. Prepares documentation, including program and user documentation.

Education

Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science.

Experience

At least three years in the design, programming, and testing of applications software.

Substitution Of Experience Or Education (Education / Experience)
  • Associates degree - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree - Associates + 2 years of relevant experience / 6 years of relevant experience
  • Masters degree - Bachelors + 4 years of experience / 8 years of relevant experience

Duration

AdHoc - Per Project basis

Working Location

Project based - North America, UK, Europe
