Napoleon has this role full of variety waiting for you… As Internal Communication & Event Specialist at Napoleon, you will be able to display your talents and your skills as a writer, a coordinator, an organizer, and a motivator.

Your passion for content and your drive for collaboration will elevate the level of communication for all Napoleon employees.

In line and in support with the HR strategy, you’ll be instrumental in creating a wide range of content and organizing internal events.

Your Responsibilities

Although there is a degree of freedom in shaping your role together with our Head of Communication, as an Internal Communication & Event Specialist,you can expect to be responsible for:

• Support and launch internal communication strategy.
• Manage the operational planning and coordinate activities on the content calendar.
• Create original content, draft internal communications in text or multimedia.
• Support the wider HR team and specifically the Talent Acquisition Team with compelling or and creative content to be the employer of choice.
• Support other departments within Napoleon with developing a proper communication flow.
• Organize internal events and make these memorable and engaging for all “Napoleonites”.
• Reporting to our Head of Communication.
  
  

Your Winning Profile

• Proven track record of 5 years in a similar role in a fast-moving environment.
• Experienced in event planning with a structured approach.
• Ability to get the right message across to the right audience in a range of platforms.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook), knowledge of collaborative work tools like Asana is a plus. As is experience with photo or video editing tools.
• Creative teamplayer, pro-activeness, go-getter with a mentality to get things done are all important characteristics to make you successful in this role.
• Fast learner with flexible attitude.
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch both written and oral. Knowledge of French is a plus.
