Hunter – B2B - Agro-industry – EN/FR
Position
You are in charge of identifying new markets / potential customers and promoting Meurens Natural’s technological solutions.
- You approach a wide range of international agribusinesses, mainly on the European market.
- You are motivated by the development of your customer portfolio (70% hunting); while developing the loyalty of existing customers (30% farming).
- You know your market and proactively identify the best development opportunities.
- You conclude commercial agreements within the framework of the pricing policies set, seeking to foster win-win partnerships over the long term.
- You provide technical support to customers when developing projects.
- As your customers’ internal point of contact, you work with the R&D and Industrialization teams to develop custom-made solutions. You organize your work independently and in a structured way, which enables you to remain focused on actions with the highest added value.
- You identify market needs and trends and share them within the company.
- You report regularly to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Profile
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in science or business (or equivalent through experience).
- You have at least 5 years’ B2B sales experience in the food ingredients sector, at least some of which has been gained abroad.
- You’re a real results-oriented hunter, but you’re also keen to build long-term customer loyalty.
- You are a team player, creative, solutions-oriented, proactive, persevering and autonomous.
- Curious about innovations, you are convinced by healthier and more sustainable food.
- You are rigorous in the administrative follow-up of your customer/prospect files.
- You are fluent in English (level C1) and French. Any other language is an asset.
- You are willing to travel internationally about 30% of the time; travelling regularly stimulates you.
