Exciting minds with our Internship Programme
Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Bachelor/Master degree (Bac+3 / Master1 / Master2 recommended) in Business School or in an academic equivalent, and in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: English – French and/or Dutch
Other requirements:
- Dynamic and motivated you developed, during ideally a previous professional experience in Sales or Marketing, a good customer relationship as well as an analytical and synthetic vision.
- You master the Microsoft Pack Office and you are fluent in English and at least in either French or Dutch.
- Knowledge of SAP and especially the CRM module would be greatly appreciated.
Start date: Septemb 2021
Duration:6 months
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?
On our internship programme you’ll receive tailored on-the-job training from industry experts combined with early responsibility to help you to develop and progress.
Your duties might include:
Trade tracking:
- Fully assist in the management of key accounts: pricing negotiation, offer and sales of products
- Participate in increasing market shares of our brands
- Analyze clients’ sell-in/sell-out to help the KAM in his/her strategic decision
- Answer retailer’s inquiries on a daily basis
- Be the contact person for any customer requests regarding logistical issues or promotional matters
- Support the management of the GSK sales team
- Track results, follow targets’ accomplishment and supervise objectives’ achievement
Sales administration:
- Ensure an efficient sales process (quotes, sampling, technical requests) as well as an accurate sales forecasting
- Manage Marketing NPD’s launches and re-launches and adapt customers core assortments
- Assist in the orders’ logistical monitoring and products’ after-sales service
- Organize and run B2B events (trade fairs)
- Plan customers meetings related to business negotiations and brands’ promotion
Market Intelligence:
- Seek information on retailers and competitors
