Your Team And Your Responsibilities

Team/division description

In our transformation journey, one of our key ambitions is to become truly a software driven company and digitalize our products and services. Connected Technologies Division is leading this change within TME by transforming Toyota and Lexus cars into Digital Smart Cars in cooperation with Global Toyota Organisation. We are leading the planning, development and roll-out of Digital Cockpit and Connected experience through Connected Products and Services for Europe Region.

Your project
  • You will contribute to the set-up of Key Performance Indices (KPI) for Connected Technologies. Your focus will be on the gathering of KPI data as well as implementation of a realtime KPI dashboard.
  • You will also support regular KPI report preparation for Management and other stakeholders
  • As part of Toyota’s continuous improvement, you’ll be encouraged to investigate ways to eliminate inefficiencies in some of our processes through process kaizen and tasks automatization

Your Profile
  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language).
  • You are a logical thinker and you have analytical skills.
  • You have an interest in data management, and data visualization and programming (knowledge of Power BI is required).
  • As a self-starter, you demonstrate pro-activeness and ownership.
  • You are well structured and organised.
  • You have a customer first mind-set.
