The Factory is a startup team within EY. We support the growth of startups & scale-ups and facilitate innovation tracks within companies. Last but not least, we are always on the lookout for new business ideas that can strengthen EY’s offering. The Factory resides in the EY wavespace™, based in Antwerp right next to Berchem train station. This hub is carefully designed to facilitate open innovation.  

We are looking for an Intrapreneur to join our team. With The Factory, EY wants to support and stimulate entrepreneurship in different ways: we support startups with EY expertise, and we are on the lookout for new and innovative services EY can offer to her clients. Our team wants to onboard an entrepreneur with a business idea, who would like to test its value and feasibility within the safe environment of the established and respected multinational that is EY. Basically, you will be able to build a new business without the risks of starting from scratch whilst benefiting from the EY network.

This is you
  • You have a clear business proposal that is different from, yet complementary to existing EY services
  • You are the content expert of the business proposal with years of experience in the field
  • You have a track record in business development
  • You want to finally exploit those entrepreneurial skills
  • Since we are looking for a true entrepreneurial profile, we don’t have to remind you that taking initiative and working independently is key in this role
  • You will be responsible for building a new business, so experience in budget management and team management is a serious plus
  • You can persevere and find new opportunities when needed
  • You love to make a crystal-clear plan out of a chaotic brainstorm
  • You know how to develop a network within a corporate setting
  • Selling your idea, product or service is no problem: pitching and convincing is your second nature
