Your new role
As the team lead of inventory planning, your responsibilities include managing inventory and optimizing the supply chain to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained in the right place and at the right time. This role involves leading the inventory planning team and liaising with internal customers to provide performance visibility and proactive communication. The individual will also be responsible for continuous design and translating business requirements into actionable strategies. Additionally, the role involves leading cross-functional improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include managing stock levels, handling purchase orders, monitoring inbound flows, maximizing product availability, managing product range changes, providing support to internal customers, managing planning systems and databases, reporting on key performance indicators, performing inventory control tasks, and representing the supply chain team in cross-functional meetings.

Your profile


  • Minimum qualifications for this position include a graduate or university degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory planning/management
  • Good knowledge of SAP (specifically the MM module and reporting/SAP query)
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with reporting and analysis of supply chain performance indicators, and preferably experience in medical device/healthcare
