Main tasks for the investment manager:

Investment planning

• Planning Dialogue (Jul-Nov): Project investment income over a 3 year horizon based on agreed SAA (Strategic Asset Allocation)
• Strategic Dialogue (Mar-Jun): Support the SAA process with expected impact on plan revenues from proposed investments
• Monthly: Analyze any deviation between closing and plan and provide explanations

Moreover there are also other Ad-hoc analyses of new investment opportunities in terms of revenues. The controller will have to interact with Risk Management (SCR/Solvency), Actuaries (product, technical Cash-Flows) and Accounting (hedging, Fair Value…).

Investment Reporting

• Risk Control: Ensure correct and efficient derivative reporting, analyze complex transaction (hedge accounting…)
• Performance monitoring: contribute to the analysis of performance

We are looking for an Investment Manager with the following skills:

• Master degree in Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial…
• Fluent in English with good command of French or Dutch
• At least 3 years of experience in investment management combined with passion for innovation
• Knowledge of Solvency II and accounting is a must

The ideal candidate has advanced computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint and programing (VBA, SQL, SAS...). He is open minded and willing to work in an international environment. Innovation and thinking out of the box are part of his key characteristics.
