Reporting to Information Systems Manager Benelux

Title IT and Systems Support Specialist

Purpose of the role

Support, optimize and maintain all Benelux Information Systems in order to minimize any issues and maximize the usage and the user-friendliness of these systems. Build or implement new systems and interfaces. Combine and convert data and turn it into useable data. Advising Sales and Marketing (S&M) Benelux departments in terms of business processes and data and IT Needs.

What Will You Do - Responsibilities
  • Provide support to S&M information systems users in order to minimize downtime. Report any problems that might occur to the appropriate instances and ensure the follow-up of these issues.
  • Perform the necessary tests for Benelux before every new CRM release and provide the testing feedback to the appropriate instances to enable a smooth and errorless release in Production
  • Maintain and improve all Benelux Information Systems to increase the quality of these systems.
  • Assist and advise the members of the Benelux S&M Dept. in complex data handling issues. Develop, maintain and improve the various data interfaces. SQL Server Database Administrator
  • Create or improve or maintain requests and dashboards on Oracle Business Intelligence and other reporting systems in order to maximize the use of these systems.
  • Provide training to the users for all systems we maintain and support.
  • Advise Benelux S&M Dept. in complex business processes. Assist by providing the necessary tools for the implementation and follow-up of these processes.
  • Be the local point of contact for the various global teams (BTS, ODC, TME) and the IT department concerning Benelux S&M Information Systems.
Who Are We Looking For - Requirements
  • Profound knowledge MS-ACCESS, MS EXCEL, MS OFFICE, SQL Server, Data Warehousing, OLAP or other data processing programs
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Programming knowledge SSIS, Transact SQL, SQL SERVER 2005 Enterprise Manager, SSIS, VBa
  • French, Dutch, English
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Advanced database skills
  • Thorough PC knowledge
  • Analytical mind
  • Be flexible and be able to work under time pressure
  • Teamplayer
