Robert Half is currently recruiting an IT Digital Business Analystfor an international market leading company.

Our client is a market leading company in logistics with facilities in 29 countries.

The main accountabilities for this job include:

• You gather, document, and analyse business processes and requirements to determine the best IT solution;
• You help business in EMEA to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way and in alignment with the IT roadmap;
• You participate and lead the roll out of various Digital & IT initiatives to maximise the positive impact on the organization;
• You participate and lead the unit testing of system and integration initiatives as required;
• You collaborate closely with business units in EMEA to maximise the efficiency through digital & IT initiatives;
• You collaborate with architecture, development, and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards;
• You participate in virtual and on-site project meetings and workshops as required;
• You’re responsible for adherence to ITIL based Incident, Change and Problem Management processes plus other legal compliance requirements;
• You drive educational aspects to lift self-service capabilities within the organization;
• You collaborate with other Technology Services teams in Sweden, US & Asia;
• You will report into a team of other Business Analysts and IT Partners.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience;
• You have at least 2-3 years of experience as Business Analyst: we are open for high potentials with the right mindset and ambition;
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills;
• You have experience in driving and leading IT initiatives;
• You have a strong Business Acumen;
• You’re interested in Digital Transformation;
• You experience working in an agile environment;
• You have experience working with solution architects, developers and data engineers is a plus;
• You have good interpersonal skills to build trust and engagement across cultures and locations;
• You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to seize complex issues and transform into practical solutions;
• You have excellent knowledge of English and Dutch is required.
